Does anybody know the half lifes of both 1 Test and Methyl 1 Test?
I want to know the optimal time for spacing out either transdermal applications or taking the pills. |

transdermal and the pills are best every 12 hours. Of course if you wanted to do it every 6 thats fine but 12 hours is the most you want to go.

So are you saying that the half life IS 12 hours, or is that just based on your experience?
I am doubtful that the half life of 1 Test and M1T can be the same.
