It is my understanding that creatine increases water retention. It also my understanding that people with high blood pressure tend to be prescribed diuretics to help lower their water retention and lower their blood pressure as a result. That would seem to imply that folks with high blood pressure might want to avoid creatine or am I thinking about this incorrectly?
