None. glutamine is useless to the weight training adult. Search around this forum, some good info on it.

yeah i never got why ol' glutamine makes everyone ask this. i think its the advertising. i used to think it was essential. but after doing research i see no benefit.

From what I've seen studies show it increase grow hormone levels by almost 300%, it helps repair muscle tissue, imporves congnitave thinking, and is good for the small intestine.
That all wrong?? Now i'm confused
