 my new stack


hey tell me what u guys think this is my stack and diet and training i am i was 143 last month since then i started eating alot of good high protein food now i weigh 150 looking bigger too all in one month and umm im taking protein shake bout 2 or 3 a day my daily protein intake is bout 170 180 ruffly and i just ordered some v-12 creatine by s.a.n. and i just want to get some better results u know i wanna gain more weight and some size like my chest is HUGE buy my traps and arms lag it a lil i train mon. thru fri. i train right too but umm my stack is

protein
amino acids ala

Looks good to Dito. Why not switch your training to Mon, Wed, and Fri? So you have a rest day after each day.
