First post here, I've gotta say that it's nice to find a forum where people are open minded and free to talk about whatever they want to do to enhance their body.

Now I live in Canada, and I have come to posess some Twinlab Andro Nitrate3 Fuel. I've heard that this is a shitty supp, but it's whta I've got and as most of you probably know, PHs are illegal in Canada.

I've heard of people doing cycles with 200 - 300mg of 1-AD a day. 1-AD is the main ingredient in this product, and it's labelled to have 100mg of Twinlab's "Andropump complex" (oooh, fancy name ). I've done one short 2 week mini-cycle (I do Hypertrophy-Specific Training and that's the recommendation unless I wanted to do 8 weeks or beyond, which I don't because of my age (19)) and I saw OK results. I am guessing however that I could see better results by more despite the stern warning not to exceed one tab a day on the bottle.

I've done quite a bit of reading on AAS and PH, but I'm wondering if someone more knowledgeble could tell me how much I should take to get the results I seek. Like I said above, I'm not too fond of the idea of a regular length cycle, and 2 weeks seems to be the threshold for a short cycle in terms of maintaining gains made, as far as I've heard.
