I would go ECA stack, but i'm too young and don't really want to go with ephedra specially now that the whole ban thing is gonna be in effect soon.. So I was thinkin for a lil extra energy and a lil boost i'd take some caffine before lifting.. my question is how much should I take, and how long before a work out?
