need some feedback on this supplement. just got a free bottle of it from a friend and would like to know if its worth taking. it is a bottle of 100 tabs, 2 daily.

Terrible! It has -diones in it which readily convert to estrogen. And I'm sure it only has trace amounts of the -diols in it.
Add in the fact that orals are poorly absorbed... we do NOT have a winner! Give it back to your friend.
