I'm on creatine right now, if I want to drink should I not take creatine the day I intend on drinking? Or do I have to layoff for more time before drinking? |

u wont go crazy if u drink while on creatine dude, it aint some drug!
But if youre a bodybuilder or a wannabeBB then why drink?

Well I don't consider myself a Bodybuilder or a wannabe, but my job forces me to drink... I do marketing for a software company and have to be at dinner and various events with clients, coworkers, and political connections. Drinking is a must.
This guy may have the same scenario.

I was more worried about kindey failure  Alcohol being a direhtic (sp?) and you need to be well hydrated while on creatine or it's really hard on your kidneys I don't NEED to drink I just want a few to loosen me up, it's not like I drink alot. THis is the first time in like 7 months or more
