I just started loading phase of creatine 3 days ago and I am getting some bitching headaches! The wife hasnt been around so I know its not her. Does anybody else get that with creatine? I think I may need more H20. |

most likely dehydration..you need to drink LOTS of water while taking creatine(and any other time as well)
how much are you drinking on a daily basis?

You are dehydrated, this same thing happened to half of my Rugby team in undergrad, that was taking creatine.
Drink buckets of water all day long.

I cant honestly say how much water I have been drinking so Im sure its not enough. I Its either that or a tumor!

Im sure it just your water intake. start keep track. aim for AT LEAST a gallon... 4 litres.
