nectar is cheap if u get it on the internet. and its awesome stuff. muscle milk is delicous as well. i think this is the 6th time ive posted the exact same thing for the exact same question.

I am hooked on AST's VP2. Tastes great and mixes up easily. No clunks. Just mix with water or milk and shake. DONE!

I have hear nectar is the best. But I get a blend from Customizer with 70% milk iso and 30% egg. He has 2 new flavors FruiTropical and Orange Cream both taste really good.
