i just bought a bottle of dermabolics transdermal,1-test/4-ad, what type of gains should i expect? should i expect better strength gains, or muscle gains, if any?
also, each serving contains 100mg of each,30 servings total, is 100mg a day enough to notice any gains? or should i use 2,3,4... servings a day, to notice anything?
