do you take in dextrose with your post workout shake? mutli vitamin? flaxseed oil and/or fish oil caps?

muti vitamin essential fatty acids anti oxidants are all good choices as a third supp, i am not a fan of any refined sugar so i prefer not to use dextrose/malto. i rather get my carbs from complex/fibrous sources but that is just mho peace j

i take flax oil, fish oil, and arginine along with what you mentioned. the oils for your EFA's and the arginine to keep your nitrogen levels up
