I have been sup'ing creatine for a while now and I am alittle confused. When I take it, I can definitely get a couple more reps, but it doesn't seem to increase my strength all that much (maybe not at all, if that makes any sence.). Is that normal? I hear some guys say there strength goes up quite abit. Would I be considered a non-responder? Why is it that some people non-responders, I mean what makes it work in some and not others? Should I try something else? Thanks for any help or advise you can give. |

I use Prolabs creatine. When I load I take 20g a day for 4 days in 5-10g servings. Maintanence, I use 5 grams in the morning on non-workout days, and 10grams post workout. All servings are taken with protien and dextrose. (Post workout shake is= 60g optimum100% whey protein, 50g dextrose, 10g creatine).

- mostly genetic if u are a non-responder or not bro - no need to load at all since saturation will occur regerdless. - u do sound like pretty much a non responder not a classic case but one non the less. - try one of the plasma expanders like v2/v12/noz/satur8/kreataine ultra of which i feel v2 is the best. - make sure to get enough fluids in peace j

id take 10 grams creatine with 30 gram dextrose 30 minutes before workout and maybe throw in a carbs drink(shouldnt cost you much).... if you want to supercharge the creatine throw in some ala and Phosphates...these SHOULDNT cost you more than 15 dollars together and will provide you with a good healthy supply of the two... try www.bodybuilding.com.
