No it will not have a significant impact on the growth hormone levels of a normal, healthy person secreting the normal amount of it. It is used to treat people suffering from acromegaly, i.e. secretion of too much growth hormone.

It should make you feel better and act as a mood elevator. It is a dopamine receptor agonist and therefore will improve feelings of contentment, etc. Aggressiveness should not be a side effect.
