I'm looking for a good casein protein to take during the day as it is a much slower absorbed protein as opposed to a whey protein. I'm eating every 2.5 hours but would like to throw a shake in there somewhere.

I'm living good right...been enjoying bulking but the wife to be is dieting so now I am. We've got engagement pictures soon and I don't really want to be bulked for those anyways.
