personally I just make my own EC stack... I dont feel the need for the asprin.. it supposedly prolongs the effects of the ephedrine/caffeine stimulation.
I have pure ephedrine hcl caps(cheap!!!..8mg), take 3-4(depends on tolerancy..take 2-3 to start), and 200mg caffiene, either in pill form or a cup of coffee. I also like to chug down a mix of 3 strong brewed green tea bags as well. I do this 2x day, before morning cardio and then before lifting. Also its best imo to take a day off of this stack all together so you body doesnt become so tolerant to it.
