I use simple GNC creatine monohydrate, powder and i mix with grap juice, it's ok.

i think AST and ISS's creatine is fabulous.

I just use plain old Micronized AST or Met-Rx creatine mixed with white grape juice. Great quality at a great price. But I may have to try Plasmavol from all I keep hearing about it.
