quick question to all of you out there. recently, 1 week ago, started a stack of 1AD and 4AD. 1AD 400mg/day and 4AD 600mg/day. question: I think i'm genitically predisposed to gyno as before the cycle I already sort of puffy nips and a large chest. haven't really noticed any side effects yet, but does anyone suggest that I take some Nolvadex before symptoms start? Or am I just paranoid? I'll def. be taking some 6oxo coming off. |

Have your novladex on hand, no need to take it without seeing symptoms of gyno. .. if you notice any, boom, start the novla.

speakin of gyno. ..what would those symptoms be......would I def. know if it was beginning/starting. And as for acquiring the Nolvadex. ...any pointers?

You'll know if your nipples begin to itch or feel irritated.... any unusually hard lumps is a give away as well.
www.powernutrition.net has Nolvadex (Lion Nutrition's tamoxifen Citrate). This is the legal, liquid version, its flavored so its pretty palatable.

thanks for the help yellowjacket. starting to notice some 'slight' irritation, but no itching and no lumps. I've been on the stack since nov. 2 now and see a tremendous jump in strengh gains, with some def. gains in size/appearance. my stats now are 6'2, 225 and I figured I was 220 when I started. I'll keep ya posted on future results/novla. going to end the stack at the end of the month-4 weeks.
