what are you doing for training in the morning? if its cardio your fine without. if your lifting, you need some carbs and protein before hand., and not necessarlya shake. As well as postworkout you need a fast acting protein, ie. whey protein and a high glycemic carb, ex: dextrose.
IMO you are relying on shakes far too much in your diet. 2/day is your best bet. remember that it takes energy for your body to break down whole foods. are you vegetarian? do you eat dairy? eggs?

I'm curious as well whether you are a lacto-ova vegetarian or are u a vegan? I also feel that you are relying on far too many shakes for your meals. You need real food hun. Could you perhaps give us a little better idea of how you would eat in a day? That would be very helpful.

like Fyre said post yout diet, real food food should be the basis of any strong diet, protein shakes should only be used if you are still unable to get enough protein through the day
