Hey, I got a question for ya'll.... I lift at school, and on my own. At school we lift every other day for the most part, and on the days we don't lift at school, I would like to lift at home. The days I lift at home I would like to take creatine, (plasamov) and some whey protein. This would mean I'd be taking creatine suppletation for 3-4 days a week, while also lifting at school.
My question is, I've heard that while taking creating your body temporarily stops its own manufacturing of creatine because your pumping into it more than enough. So I was wondering since I'm not taking the creatine every day, or 5-6 days a week, am I still doing good to my muscles by taking the creatine?
Sorry if I phrased any of this wrong, please just ask for my specificy if anything appears confusing. I would really like an answer.

Taking creatine even 4 or 5 days/week is good, no problem. Anyway it would be better if you took it ed. And why don't you do it?

ed? Assuming that means during school, the reason I don't is alot of the kids do take it after school, and during. But here its one of those things like everyone knows people take it, but no one does it openly. I have no idea how this got started or why, I'm just followin the path.

take is everyday mixed in your post workout shake that you can measure out at home so no one at your school can see if thats whats needed!

I simply mean that u can just measure out the plasmavol and whey protein at home,put it in a shaker cup. then add water and shake up and guzzle after your workout...if it bothers you to have others see, just dont do it in front of them... although it is NO big deal at all really!
