I've been doing some calorie counting lately, and I was checking on my Plasamov, and Sportlab 100% whey it did not list how many were in it.
If anyone has this sort of information on either/both products, It would help me out extremely.

Sportlab Essentials whey protein:

with the plasmavol just mulitply the grams of carbs by 4 to get the amount of calories, as there is no fat or protein in each serving.

100% Whey=153 Calories couldn't find any caloric info on the plasmavol though.
