I just bought 4-androstenediol 300mg and 19nor4androstenediol 300mg from ergopharm. They both contain 300 mg per capsule. how should i cycle? im also taking vpx 1-test |

Id take 2 caps of each everyday, until your cycle is over (no longer than 6 weeks though)

Split up the dose, the times are up to you, Id keep them as far apart as possible, ie. one in the morning and one later in the day...
