I am getting ready to do a 5 week cycle of ergopharms 1-ad. im gonna start with 2 pills for a week and then 3 pills for 2 weeks and then 4 pills for 2 weeks. i plan on taking 6 oxo after this 5 week cycle but i was wondering what i should take at the same time as the 1-ad. i heard 4-ad is a good thing to take with it? what brand should i get of 4-ad? is there anything better? thanks for all the replies
