Just wondering if anyone has heard anything about optimum nutritions' whey protein not having the correct info??? I was told that it has more carbs and less protein than it says. I have been having a hard time getting into ketosis which usually isn't a problem for me and i have been having about 2 shakes a day, which should only be about 8 carbs according to the label. |

hmm I never never heard that yet. but just to note, to get into ketosis you need to be following almost 0 carbs. the sweetners is the whey protein powder can prevent you from establishing this.

Mose ketosis diet I have seen require carbs to be less than 20g. I don't see how it is possible to eat 0g of carbs.

Although i have never done a keto diet, to my best of knowledge some people can get into ketosis easier than others. by o carbs I mean strictly proteins and fats..even added sweetners can be tricky for some.

Quote: the only fuss ive heard about concerning labeling is the carb issue but its not that simple , optimum wasnt counting fibre or sugar alcohols under their carb totals and technically they are carbs but they arent supposed to effect blood sugar so they shouldnt effect your low carb diet

why even try to keep your carbs that low anyway? with Rala u can still eat some carbs and stay ketosis. Rala will make Keto diets a thing of the past
