i ran it at 600 mg....for 30 days at a time..and i did gain....and kept it...as for a supp per say, i would run it again..and i may...

i'm gonna take 1-ad/4-ad in march. I wanna get as lean as possible and then add on some more mass. I took it for 2 weeks just too kind of try it. That stuffed worked really good, 5 weeks would be so so good.
