you can take the creatine with "koolaid" yes.
but for glutamine take glutamine peptides instead and mix those peptides in a blender with your protein powder
for the creatine 15 grams a day is good
and for the glutamine peptides 45 grmas is very good
you will get much farther than you think....
its a potent combination

get glutamine powder, its more absorbable, and it has no taste. add it to whatever you want to, and use it post/pre workout, it protects the body from muscle atrophy. Yes on the Kool aid

The good thing about the creatine in the Kool Aid is the sugar. creatine cannot escape the stomach without sugar. Grape juice is the old school.
