How good is this stuff.. is it better than anyof the Ephedra free products out there. I lost a ton of weight with Hydroxycut in the past and I want to know how much of an impact this stuff can have...

I know someone who took it and she said it rocks! That was a month ago. Now she said 'don't waste your money' - so who knows!
