I took 1-ad and had trouble getting it up 1 week in.
I went up to 9 pills a day and man did my kidneys hurt.
Most of the new 1-test products have estrogen blockers, and do not convert to estrogen anyways. altho i have heard that if you are prone to Hair loss then do not take them.
