What have you found worked best for a pre-work out meal to boost energy before a 30-60 minute work-out?
Is it natural food or supplements?

give it a try rubberducky! I cant stress this enough. I know how tuff it is to try to lift sometimes if the food hasnt settled enough. You dont want anything to big so that the digestion interfers with oxygen output during lifting.

Here's a thought. Sweets always has a tablespoon of natty peanut butter on the way out the door to the gym. Would that suffice as a pre-workout meal? I think I could manage that without getting too nauseous.
