I have 3 bottles of AF NYC sitting in my cupboard,they have some odd sides on me? I took 2 caps about an hour before my workout (as usual) and when I started to train I broke out in a cold sweat,got all shakey and felt very weak.I did for 3 workouts and the same thing happened each time,on the fourth I switched to ECA and felt how I usually do,very energized.The odd thing is this is exactly how Clen makes me feel if I use it pre workout. Im not knocking the NYC in fact I use it during the rest of the day at work and it is THE most thermogenic product I have ever used bar none.I just cant use it before I train.
