I've been working out seroiusly for about 1 year. I have been using cell tech and it has been giving me pretty good results, (I thought). But from what I have been reading on this forum I may want to look into something else to possibly get better gains. From what I gathered so far I should try plain creatine monohydrate and mix it with juice (apple or grape). My question is how much jucie? Should I buy some dextrose? What is the best combo? Thanks for any help, I am looking forward to saving some money. That goddamn cell-tech is drain'in my wallet. |

I use a product called synthesize from Klein Labs. Its at www.dpsnutrition.com. Its everything cell tech is and more at a fraction of the cost. Cell tech is a good product but the price is absurd.

I have to disagree on this one.The only thing I can agree on you with is the price .Other than that it is garbage....chalk full of filler....the only thing it will do is turn you into a lard ass! I,d just buy straight creatine, and mix it into your favourite drink.

It is dextrose and creatine, in the ratios many use as a postworkout drink. I am not sure how it is "chalk full of fillers" Many would rather buy cell tech than the ingredients seperately, i have used it and it was fine.

I guess I will stick with the cell-tech. From what I can tell, people just don't like the marketting and there opinion has nothing to do with the products performance . Pluse it's "all-in-one and convenient. Thanks everybody for your help.
