My son uses it mixes real good and taste great so his says anyway.I have sampled some to i thought it was good also nothing wrong with the flavor. I have always liked optimum nutr. supps. good quality products. The down side of the serious mass product is you only get 16 serving per bag @ 12lbs. But it is still loaded with other vit& mierals and some bcaa. Cant hert to try it out for your self though otherwise you will never know for sure. P.S do you know what killed the cat.
