Im about to try 1-AD does anyone have any suggestions about what to do while taking this, or if it was a waste of my money I would like to know that too...?
I will be taking this with cell-tech, nitro-tech, and No2...
Let me know opions.

I would take the Cell-Tech, and the Nitro-Tech and bring it back for a refund! LOL. I think once you do enough research there is no need to pay for overpriced supps when much cheaper and better alternatives are out there.
NO2 is still a unkown- some say its good , some say its bad, some say its dangerous.
1AD is supposed to be real good. I think better results can be had if u stack it.
I am considering going with some
T-Ethergels stacked with 4ad. I will post if I get any results

there are also topical solutions of 1-AD's procresor 1-test. I be heard all good stories of them.

pro hormones are expensive. so if you cant do the real thing than i would double the dose to see any worth while results. but thats dependent on your income.
