do you noticeanything from taking it. i heard its really an old school bodybuilding tecnique and its well respected around the old timers but i want to know what the hell it really does.

I have experienced an increase in endurance and recovery time. It's not a miracle supplement but I consider it a must in everyone's supplementation program. Good luck and stay healthy.

ps I worked my way up to 24 a day (4 w/ each meal).
