 protein revisited...

I was skimming through some of the boards last night, and i found a good gig on protein...providing you ar lactose tolerant, why not get 145 grams of protein from a gallon of skim milk...like no fat and like 900 calories...not to shabby...plus, the fluid intake may also replace a gallon of water you drink also daily...any input..

I drink 3-4 gallons of skim milk every week, so I tend to agree. The only issue is that lactose is pretty similar to sugar as I understand it. All that protein comes with a lot of simple carbs.

still even with the simple carbs, you will have a tendency to burn those relatively quickly i would think...seems like a good idea when trying to stay relatively lean while bulking and getting a good amout of protein...
