I just started taking MAG-10 and it says you're supposed to take 2 servings on day one and 1 serving everyday from then on for two weeks, then take two weeks off and do another two weeks on it. The olnly problem is that in 4 weeks I'm gonna be working 20 hour days for three weeks which means no quality time to lift. Would it be effective to take 2 serving everday for 2 weeks instead of just 1?

i would say wait till you get past the 20hr days. even if you put muscle on, it will most likely dissapear one you start working those looooong days
