I have used the stuff. Didn't do nada for me. I also used the LeanSystem 7 and that was a waste of $$$ I tell you. I got some Animal Cuts by Universal which is thermogenic I am gonna try, hopefully that will work better than the others I have tried. 7 keto I believe is a component to a bigger chain. In other words, if you look at 7 keto and then look at LeanSystem 7 you will se what I am talking about. Its like BCAA and Aminos IMO.

i have used transdermal 7 keto and i think it did very little for me, i would think oral would do even less.
