Have you tried Plasmvol from Sportlab? I normally feel really gross and bloated on creatine as well but I've been feeling pretty good on the Plasmavol. I do feel thicker and fuller but my abs are still out, so I'm not retaining it seems. I know I'm a hell of a lot stronger as well.
