I haven't tried that particular product but it is a Glucosamine/Chondroitin blend, which is a great blend so I'd say give it a try for sure! I usually use Labrada's Elasti-Joint but I"ve been having trouble getting it in Canada so I think I may give the Sportlab
Super Joint Relief a go too!
