Which CLA shoud I go with here guys? AST has 90 pills for about 19 dollars or VPX which is 24 dollars. I guess the VPX has enough for 8.8 grams a day for 30 days. How many AST pills would I have to take to get that same amount? Most of the companies I have seen sell the 90 caps at 1000 mg each and VPX is the only company that has it in grams that I have seen.
