Which CLA shoud I go with here guys? AST has 90 pills for about 19 dollars or VPX which is 24 dollars. I guess the VPX has enough for 8.8 grams a day for 30 days. How many AST pills would I have to take to get that same amount? Most of the companies I have seen sell the 90 caps at 1000 mg each and VPX is the only company that has it in grams that I have seen. |

whenever buying CLA< make sure its Tonalin or Clarinol. (it should say on there if it is) if it doesnt, dont get it. If they both do, then buy the cheapest, as it will be the same shit

btw, CLA has been shown to be unstable in powdered form and most liquid solutions

I like the AST products and I used the AST cla and I liked it. I actually got veiny from but when I take for some reason I never get sick with a cold or anything. Good stuff

I love AST as they are a very reputable company, but they are a bit pricey on some things. I ended up getting the Tonalin brand CLA from the VitaminShoppe.

Tonalin has the best rep, but the VPX product is excellent! Also it is much more cost effective!
