it is a muscle/cell volumizer it has in it:
3g of tricreatine Malate
1.5g of Betanine-Glycoyamine
1g NAG N-Acetyl-L-Glutamine
1g Nitro Arginine (Alpha-Ketoglutarate)
1g of Taurine

Never used it but the tricreatine malate is a good product which is very water soluble. I would try this poduct.
