There is a lot of great info on here. Do a search for "meal" or "gain meal" etc. You will find very detailed writeups on big guys eating habits. You need to get comprotable eating dry chicken breast, tuna out of the can, steak with no fatty sauces, etc. Frosty is right. Eat animals not nuts. Nuts are just good for a snack. You should eat at least 3-4 real meals a day and then 2 protien shakes as well. Get 200+ grams of protien and you WILL grow. I on the other hand need as close to 400 grams so your lucky
