I've been reading and asking about proper diet and still not getting fat at all.
Yeah, I have a very high metabolism.
Any help?

A lot. Like, I would eat 3 meals, with a lot of afternoon or midnight snack of high protein. Been eating with different variety of foods.

That I don't know.
I usually eat carbs during breakfat, lunch and dinner. Calories would be from corn(same as carbs) Protein would be from nuts and amino acid 6000(same as carb intake)
