I need tips on how to be able to eat everything I "need" and how to achive my goals.
Lets say i would like to weight 85-90kg pure muscles. I'm 180 cm tall. Current weight is about 90kg, not only pure muscles

do you have a high metabolism?
I do have a very very high metabolism that I was skinny back then.
But with proper eating, workouts and supplements. I grew, little by little.
