ditch the whey protein shakes in the morning and night.
for the morning try eggs, milk for night try cottage cheese, milk
keep the whey protein for right after workouts and maybe before

ducati, Im already eating eggs and vomit from cottage cheese. And Im looking to get another 50-75 grams of protien from these shakes. That would mean a shitload of eggs and cottage cheese.

go to protein factory and make some custom protein with casien and casienate you could also throw some egg white in there along with flax for some good fats.
