can of green beans
40 grams of P. from chicken
2 slices of bread
meal 5
some type of red meat ~8 oz.
1 can of green beans
2 slices of bread<--new 24 grams of carbs
meal 6 (right before bed)
glass of milk
1 cup cottage cheese
pre-workout
2 scoops N-large
post-workout
2 scoops N-large
need about 1000 more calories....
