Your diet looks really good. I would suggest a few changes though. I'd add some oats to meal number one along with protein.
I personally would switch meal number 3 and 4. I like to have a scoop of whey and some oats before I train but that's just me...hehe
I would also change the protein carb ratio in your post workout shake to 2:1 carbs to protein. So, if you're having 40grams of protein, I'd suggest 80grams of dextrose. Meal #6, I would add another tablespoon of Udo's.
Finally, before bed, I'd take in 1 cup of cottage cheese along with 1 tbsp. of Udo's Oil.
