they make up about 50% of my diet, just make sure they are the fresh ones, all they are is comperessed ground turkey, the frozen ones have all kinds of shit in them.

I usually get 4 or 2.99 though they are on sale for 2.29 quite a bit. 2 of them is 40grams of protein, add in a cup of oatmeal and you have a great meal. If you need more cals eat a banana too.
