My boyfriend returned from the doctor yesterday with the news that his cholesterol is 286, which is dangerously high. So we're looking to find some decent foods that are low in cholesterol. Anyone have any idea's? I just found it hard to believe because we are in the gym at least 3-4 days per week, his bf is fairly low (he says its because he makes fun of fat people lol), but his stress level is fairly high. Are there any supplements that may cause high cholesterol?...freakette
